You are expected to email the duly completed form and membership application fee deposit slip (or screenshot of Pay bill/Mpesa transaction message) to: info@biocosmosuganda.org

Any person who wishes to be a member of BioCosmos Uganda should meet the following conditions:
- Commit to abide by the rules and regulations and adhere to the mandate of BioCosmos Kenya
- Pay membership fee (Paid once)
- Pay annual subscription fee (once every year)
