During the visit on 9th November 2023, the BioCosmos Foundation team led by Dr. Lencer Ndede engaged with university leadership and students to discuss the establishment of a BioCosmos student club.

The key highlights of the visit included:
- The team met with the Guild President, Mwebesa Reagan, along with Dr. Savannah and Prof. Mugampoza Ediriisa. This engagement was crucial for gaining support from university leadership for the initiative.
- The team provided the Guild President with a copy of “A Short Introduction to Intelligent Design,” promoting academic resources that align with the club’s vision. This gesture underscored the foundation’s commitment to enhancing educational resources within the university.
- The conversation centered on the importance of establishing a BioCosmos student club, which aims to provide students with a platform for academic collaboration, discussion, and research in intelligent design.
- Students were introduced to a draft constitution for the BioCosmos student club. The team guided them through the articles of the constitution, emphasizing the need for adaptation to fit the university’s mission and vision.
- The team encouraged students to actively participate in the club’s formation and activities, highlighting the personal and professional benefits of engagement in such initiatives.
The selected students agreed to meet with the Dean of Students to discuss the procedures of formally establishing and registering the student club at the University.
